First it rains a lot in New York, then the city is flooded by a big wave and after the city freezes. The son of a scientist needs to stay in a public library with his friends. And his father goes there to save them. Los Angeles is destroyed by hurricanes.
I recommend this film, it's very cool (and cold)!
